Overview Advanced Secure Note (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a privacy-focused note management application designed to provide strong local security, optional cloud synchronization, and offline-first functionality. We are committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring transparency regarding data handling practices in compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

2. Core Privacy Principle Advanced Secure Note is built on a user-controlled data model: • Your notes belong to you. • Your security credentials remain on your device. • We do not sell or monetize user-generated content. • We do not store your private notes on our servers.

Information We Do NOT Collect We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or access: • Note content • Drawings or mind maps • Master PIN, Pattern, or App Lock password • Fingerprint biometric data • Google account passwords • Personal documents inside notes All sensitive data remains on the user's device or within the user’s own Google Drive account if sync is enabled.

4. User-Generated Content The app allows users to create: • Text notes • Drawing notes • Mind maps • Secured folders

Storage Model: • Stored locally on your device (offline mode) • Optionally synced to your personal Google Drive account We do not maintain any external storage server for user notes.

5. Google Drive Sync (Optional Feature) If you enable Google Drive synchronization: • The app uses Google Sign-In authentication. • Data is synced only to your personal Google Drive. • The app accesses only its own created files. • We do not access, view, or share your Drive files. • All cloud data remains under your Google account control.

6. Security Features & Data Protection Advanced Secure Note includes: • Master App Lock • PIN / Pattern authentication • Biometric (Fingerprint) unlock • Stealth Mode (app concealment) • Encrypted local storage mechanisms

Biometric authentication uses Android’s secure biometric framework. Fingerprint data is never accessible to the app and remains managed by the device OS. Security credentials are stored locally and are not transmitted externally.

7. Advertising & Monetization Online Advertising: The app uses Google AdMob to display ads when internet connectivity is available. AdMob may collect: • Advertising ID • Device information • IP address • Usage interaction data

This data is processed by Google under their own policies. We do not access or control ad personalization data. Users may manage ad personalization settings in their device preferences.

Offline House Ads: When the device is offline or ads fail to load: • The app may display internal promotional content ("House Ads") • These promote our own applications or premium features • No personal data is collected for house ads • No tracking or analytics are performed for offline house ads House ads do not transmit user data externally.

8. Internet Usage Internet permission is used only for: • Loading advertisements • Google Drive sync (if enabled) • Authentication with Google Sign-In

When offline: • No data is transmitted externally • Core note functionality remains fully operational.

9. Permissions Used The app may request: • Internet (ads and sync) • Storage access (saving notes locally) • Biometric authentication (fingerprint unlock) Permissions are used strictly for functionality and security.

10. Data Sharing We do not: • Sell personal data • Share personal data with third parties • Store note content on external servers Third-party services (Google AdMob and Google Drive) process limited technical data according to their own policies.

11. Data Retention & Deletion Users have full control over their data. You may: • Delete notes within the app • Disable Google Drive sync • Remove synced files from Google Drive • Clear app data via device settings • Uninstall the app at any time Once deleted, we cannot recover user data.

12. Children’s Privacy The app is not specifically directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a parent believes a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

13. Compliance with Google Play Policies Advanced Secure Note complies with: • Google Play User Data Policy • Data Safety requirements • Advertising policy guidelines • Biometric and security data handling standards We strive to minimize data collection and prioritize user privacy.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance.
