1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Advanced Secure Note (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Advanced Secure Note is a privacy-focused note management application that allows users to:
• Create and manage text notes
• Create drawings and mind maps
• Secure notes with PIN, pattern, or biometric lock
• Store data locally on the device
• Optionally sync data with Google Drive
The app is designed to work offline-first with optional cloud features.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, modify, or attempt to hack the app
• Maintain the confidentiality of your device security (PIN, password, etc.)
• Ensure your Google account security when using Drive sync
You are solely responsible for your data and device security.
4. Data Ownership
• All notes and content created in the app belong to you
• We do not claim ownership of your data
• We do not access, store, or sell your personal notes
If you enable Google Drive sync, your data remains under your Google account.
5. Google Drive Integration
If you use Google Drive sync:
• The app accesses only app-created files
• Data is stored in your personal Google Drive
• Google services are governed by their own terms and policies
We are not responsible for issues related to Google services.
6. Advertising
The app may display ads using third-party services such as Google AdMob.
• Ads may be personalized by Google
• We do not control third-party ad data
• Offline, the app may show internal promotions
7. No Warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
• Error-free performance
• Continuous availability
• Compatibility with all devices
Use the app at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
• Data loss due to device issues or user actions
• Loss of access due to forgotten PIN or lock credentials
• Issues caused by third-party services (Google Drive, AdMob)
Users are advised to back up important data.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:
• Update or discontinue features at any time
• Restrict access if misuse is detected
Users may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
